      Given the freedom and personable responsibility to complete my role. Education, courses and learning is readily available and resourced. Hierarchy structure is good. Easy to navigate to specific departments etc.

      Currently no real cons. Sometimes some minor IT/system issues.

      The employees create a very very TOXIC environment one of the worst I have ever worked in.If you're not in one of the little gangs YOUR DONE

      Some manager are micro managers (mostly mine) Could allow 1 extra day WFH if office based Won't provide training and ignore requests
