- good results on drilling wells - not alot of structure or process if you like that. It will allow you to develope your way to do manage your work. Also a con if you need structure. - Can get good experience but not a place for the long term unless you have financial incentives to stay. - Gym in building - Health care spending is $5000 (previous you can use it for wellness too, but was taken away) - Muffin and cereal for breakfast Mon-Thurs. - Micromanaged from top down, do not challenge your managers or have opinions, you might get let go! - Poor communication from management and poor leadership - Horrible culture, most departments barely communicate with eachother on development plans. - No career development - Dsyfunctional.
