      Pros

      The accounting group is a group of wonderful people. The manager, SG, was a balanced and fair person. Great place to get started in O&G and learn. There was flexibilty in the accounting group for vacation, family, etc ...

      Cons

      Upper management did not honour prior commitments. Promises of raises and bonuses were not only NOT kept, but no explanation was forthcoming. Pay was poor for someone with my knowledge and experience. No room to grow. The intent was there to train but the manager did not have the time or resources to make it a reality.

      Pros

      They have a great benefits program and a great health care spending account. Oh they have a cafeteria as well with good food.

      Cons

      Staff are over stressed. There is a lot of micromanaging that's comes from the executives and is enforced by management. They do not promote growth from within the company. There are no advocates for the employees this place is a sweat shop, it's basically put up with it or get fired!

      Pros

      Used to have decent benefits...but these were cut. Nice offices. Has a gym. There are no more pros but I need 20 words

      Cons

      Sweat shop Constant bed checks No growth No appreciation of hard work Old school Management just concerned about themselves Horrible coffee but you can't go grab one. No joking you can't get a hall pass and grab a coffee on company time. Doesn't matter how long and hard you work. It's like your treated like a child in elementary school.
