Pros

I have had the privilege of recently joining the BTL team. It's been a dream come true to join an organization that knows what the goals are and communicates them very well across the organization. Leadership is involved in long-term customer satisfaction; delivery is firing on all cylinders; employees know what success looks like; and customers are learning more and more about how we can help transform their business and become a trusted partner everyday with strong Service Delivery leadership. 11/10 stars for BTL and where we are headed!

Cons

Not a single thing at this time. And, trust me when I say -- your opinions matter and your ideas are heard.

Pros

The role gives you exposure to a wide range of technical support tasks. You gain hands-on experience with Active Directory, BitLocker recovery, Office 365 troubleshooting,

Cons

You are simultaneously supporting multiple high-profile Fortune 500 clients at $19/hr with no differentiation in pay. A hard 10-minute handle time is enforced on every call regardless of issue complexity — managers and L2s will enter the chat the moment you cross that threshold. There is no flexibility even when a customer has multiple unrelated issues on a single call. PTO was cut from 160 hours annually down to 80 hours, and those 80 hours cover everything — sick days, vacation, personal time. There is no separate sick leave bank. You are required to give a minimum of two weeks' notice for any PTO use, even a single hour. Do not expect a pay raise. I personally observed employees with six years of tenure who never received one. Micromanagement is severe. Every break must be requested and approved through a designated Teams channel before you can step away. You are required to post in that channel before using the restroom. If you are gone more than three minutes, a manager or team lead will message you. Taking more than two bathroom breaks in a shift is flagged and can result in a written warning.
