Pros
PTO is decent. Employees get 5 hours of PTO every two weeks during the first year, with increases the longer you stay. The company offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing WFH on Mondays and Fridays. The job is fine if you aren't Service Desk Analyst L1
Cons
The company recently laid off teams right before Thanksgiving so they can avoid paying out holiday pay. Employees working from Indiana are also not eligible to receive payout for unused PTO. Health insurance costs for employees have increased, with higher premiums for the same coverage. Limited diversity across departments, and a noticeably high turnover rate. Management is not your friend, especially HR.
