Work schedule is nice with 9/80s Management does not hold taking allotted time off Mid-level management good

Cons

4 hour unpaid carveout for overtime when approved Mandatory overtime used on most programs Furloughed entire program due to mismanagement by exec level Slow promotion cycles Experienced long time employees pay lags new hires of equal/less experience
