      The company is great to work for when the leadership is strong and they know what they're doing.

      Cons

      However if that changes then everything can be completely different. You will be unappreciated and overworked.

      Pros

      9/80 schedule, every other Friday off. 401k match is decent but long vesting period. A lot of ERGs and events for people.

      Cons

      Employee morale is not what it used to be. Cafeteria is not great, food and the prices. Career development is slow, unless you get lucky.
