Pros
Still a Brand name even in Europe. Good pay, Excellent co-workers, Good product, Rather good acquisition policy. Never a dull moment :-)
Cons
Belden management believes their own marketing BS. Innovation mainly through acquisition. Bad to no consolidation after purchasing yet an other company. Too many Shareholder oriented actions that truly damage the real product sales.
