Pros

Well, if you understand the "winning" strategy" = "cost reduction by not developing any new product+"throwing very valuable but relatively expensive employees out of the bus" +"interpret poor performance as political headwinds" + "blame the new economic changes and technological advancement for revenue loss"+"constant corporate strategy changes with clueless management argument"+"talking about nothing but financial spread sheet"+"good at making some slides"+"very good at political engagement"+"no career ambition but working"+"just want a job"... then this company is a good match for you Most former employees would find much better job opportunities outside

Cons

well, this is a best place to stay if you have no ambition and don't care about under-educated and subpar co-workers in a boring corporate life. Especially if you are new graduate and don't ask for a good pay. Minimum respect to employees, no growth unless you are connected, largely outdated IT system, ignorant (under-educated) work force, condescending/arrogant demeanour, discrimination. This is a company running 80's IT/management system, no mentorship Management hates to understand new ideas and view new technologies as threats rather than opportunities. When "headwinds" happen, the only strategy is to reduce "head counts". Much more marketing/sales staff than product engineering team.

Pros

The compensation is fair and the physical work environment is well maintained

Cons

VERY few opportunities for growth, even for highly skilled candidates. Work environment is highly political and the company has an annual feast and famine cycle which places undue stress on employees.
