Long term established and great growth opportunities.

Not for someone who isn't willing to work hard.

Used to be a pretty good place to work with a solid people-first culture. Still a decent way to get experience and familiarity with the larger companies they support and then find a role at one of those.

Cognizant acquisition made just about everything worse. No raises/merit increase, got rid of tuition assistance (with no warning to those already enrolled), and very clearly practicing an AI-first methodology.
