Pros
- Amazing benefits - Depends of the department but good salaries (not for devs though, from what I heard) - Depends of the department, but managers and amazing colleagues
Cons
- A lot of promises that were made a few years ago that weren't followed through (i.e. work from home) - Directors focus on marketability and revenues and refuse to hear out their community's feedback and wishes - Severe drop of quality since the beginning of their lay offs
