    A lot of interesting projects, mid size studio, so you're not just a number.

    Cons

    Few own IP's, mostly working for clients which makes it less creative.

    Pros

    - Almost everyone seems happy to be there. - Good retention, especially compared to other game studios. - Very obviously dedicated to growing internal strength for individuals and teams. - I'm not someone who falls for "swag" but you do get a surprising amount of nice stuff!

    Cons

    - Lots going on, confusing to get started.

    Pros

    Great coworkers. Lots of talent. Nice people. If you're senior and just looking to relax you will love this company.

    Cons

    Management is stubborn and always making excuses instead of solving problems. Career growth is stagnant. Plans are made but not followed and then everyone acts surprised when the games fail The President puts too much trust in his inner circle to the detriment of the company
