Pros

- no overtime, - ''Free'' breakfast, lunch, coffee and tea - clean and well-maintained office space - projects are challenging in a good way

Cons

- back to office policy is disappointing and was not well presented and organized - salary below market, gifts instead of a better salary - multiplies rounds of layoffs and hidden layoffs that are disguised in company policies and restructures (2 rounds of layoff, back to office rules, Midwinter studio closure in 2024) - morale is low because of the above, many coworkers are leaving.

We are delighted that you valued our beautiful office spaces and free breakfast and lunches. We will be sure to share this with our amazing bEstro team 🍎 Our commitment remains to specifically champion "no crunch" and a proactive "no overtime" ethos that we will take positive action to maintain. Whilst we must be agile to the evolving world and needs of our business, be sure that our compensation offer is competitive. We are glad you felt challenged and motivated by the projects you got to work on too. Thank you for your honesty and constructive criticism!

Pros

People are great and Friendly, always willing to help.

Cons

Game is outdated, and jumbled, hard to do you job when you have no idea what you are looking at, and even the people working there dont know either.
