Pros

- Great health benefits - Work from home was great (going away) - Some great coworkers - Free lunch in the office

Cons

- Pay is very low - Loss of trust, see other reviews - 2 layoffs in 6 months, no surprise if there's another this year - Work from home removed despite multiple promises they would never do this - No training, even though website makes a big deal about it - 'We're in a good place financially', buying companies all over while laying off good people - "If people quit we will replace them" - CEO now trying to take this back and say it was about how much he values employees - Forced to take an extra week off around Christmas out of our vacation days because CEO wants it - Acts like a startup with no resources, while having 1k+ employees - Leadership non existant, projects failing and no accountability - Execs gets fancy new alphabet titles while projects fail, the company falls apart, and great people burn out - Do not trust HR, they will immediately tell your lead on you - 'No crunch' policy doesn't apply to Studios, pressure to make you do it anyway

Pros

People are great and Friendly, always willing to help.

Cons

Game is outdated, and jumbled, hard to do you job when you have no idea what you are looking at, and even the people working there dont know either.
