Pros
They are very laid-back and easy to work with. Their deadlines are very reasonable, and they also offer free food! Free breakfast and Lunch. They also offer five weeks of vacation pay, which is more generous than any studio I have ever been to. I also never got to work overtime in this studio.
Cons
Sometimes, many miscommunications within the teams drag the whole production down and force people to work at the office when they promise that being fully remote is normal. Some trust was broken between the CEO and the workers. People who initially worked here for years got laid off and were told this was the studio to retire.
