Pros

- In Dead By Daylight, work is very light. Essentially zero pressure - Great work-life balance. Work is chill and leaves a lot of time for your personal life. - Nice perks - The no crunch talk is true

Cons

- Growth is extremely slow, to the point of feeling like it doesn't even exist - Very little challenge in a big old project like DBD - The perks are nice, and we convince ourselves they compensate for the low salaries, but, in truth, they don't really. Other companies with more competitive compensation now offer perks that are just as good. - Work-life balance is bound to dip as the company moves more and more towards full RTO. - CEO Remi is completely out of touch with the real people who do the work for him. He's shown that time and time again when addressing the company in speaches about sensitive topics.
