Pros
The support from the upper management has been wonderful. It really feels like they care about your wellbeing and mental health. The support provided to clients is outstanding and co workers / employees go out of the way to create positive learning spaces.
Cons
Work is difficult to come by if clients no longer want services or the hours the family needs do not fit with your availability. It is contract work in sense and you create your own schedule in some ways but the flexibly to pick up extra hours if a family is off isn't there. Difficult to get a salary based position, for the type of work we do the pay could be better.
