No real support from higherups. No clinic structure and poor ethics.

You get to have your own hours.

Schedule in inconsistent if you're looking for full time. Also your schedule depends on how many kids show up to the center. The pay changes based on you skill level as an RBT. Management is inconsistent with support, so it's hard to get the supervision hours you need to move up the latter. Lot of Office politics.
