      Bechtle is a very solid German company, which is positive in the current economic environment. The local entities get a lot of freedom to do their thing in order to be successful.

      Cons

      Bechtle is very slow when it comes to change management. And as many German companies, the headquarters is very hierarchical.

      Amazing benefits, great interview style, good communication and decent pay

      Cons

      Job application emails aren't exactly clear since in the US a zoom meeting is with face not chat but its appreciated and helps clear up any confusion
