      Pros

      Great money for a temporary job but not long term. The only other thing is you will get in shape quick due to them making you work between 8-18 hours a day.

      Cons

      "New Admitees beware" It's quite possible that you will witness someone truly losing it there. Unless you enjoy that sort of thing, it's hard to believe that you would be happy working for the laser scan division. Bonuses and advancement potential exist only in theory. You will quit or be fired long before they don't fulfill any promises. You might be asked to do something that compromises your ethics, if you have any. So don't work there if that's not your thing.

      We are sorry that this individual, who was released for cause, had a bad experience during his employment with the laser scanning division. Note that our laser scanning division employs 44 people and last year had a turnover of 13%. While we do experience periods of high demand and workload, working over 40 hours per week is not typical. But we do take pride in being able to deliver what our clients need, so stepping up and working extra hours when needed to deliver for the client is expected.

      Pros

      Above average compensation. True family-owned business. Excellent culture. Input consistently sought. Excellent LDP program. Smart people throughout the company. Consistent opportunity to solve problems. Generous 401k plan. Generous profit-sharing bonus program.

      Cons

      Health Benefits are probably a bit above average, but they contribute the maximum to the HSA plan which some don't realize and this heaviky offsets premiums.

      Pros

      Mostly remote work, relatively light travel for consulting

      Cons

      Have to compete with coworkers to get projects to work on. Management says they won’t layoff and then a few months later they layoff employees. They can’t manage their headcount and overhire to layoff all within a few months. Healthcare benefits are subpar. Most of the work is quite mundane, and some of the clients are abusive. If you have a stable job I would not recommend leaving for this employer. I think years ago they had a much better reputation although it’s gone downhill recently.
