      Pros

      - Forward-thinking, employee-focused management - Friendly and competent staff - Fellow employees are welcoming and always ready to collaborate and investigate new ways of doing things - Reputation for innovation and success - Offices are well-kept and clean

      - Small company requires employees to wear many different hats - Everyone is specialized in their field so it can be difficult to find someone to guide you if you have questions - Communication is difficult as many advisors are remote; this is something that management has been working on

      Pros

      Great money for a temporary job but not long term. The only other thing is you will get in shape quick due to them making you work between 8-18 hours a day.

      Cons

      "New Admitees beware" It's quite possible that you will witness someone truly losing it there. Unless you enjoy that sort of thing, it's hard to believe that you would be happy working for the laser scan division. Bonuses and advancement potential exist only in theory. You will quit or be fired long before they don't fulfill any promises. You might be asked to do something that compromises your ethics, if you have any. So don't work there if that's not your thing.

      We are sorry that this individual, who was released for cause, had a bad experience during his employment with the laser scanning division. Note that our laser scanning division employs 44 people and last year had a turnover of 13%. While we do experience periods of high demand and workload, working over 40 hours per week is not typical. But we do take pride in being able to deliver what our clients need, so stepping up and working extra hours when needed to deliver for the client is expected.
