With regards to your comment on the stressful work environment, we encourage you to speak with your Engagement Manager, DM or Service Line lead during any periods where you have a lot on your plate, and they will be happy to work with you to prioritise your workload and/or provide support to you during these times. It is really important that you speak with your manager to discuss your workload during any busy periods on project in order to alleviate any stress. With regards to the hierarchy, we are surprised to hear this comment as we invariably get feedback confirming that one of the reasons people enjoy working with us is because there is a very informal hierarchy in the company and senior individuals are very approachable and helpful. However, if this hasn’t been your experience, we encourage you to speak to your immediate manager or a member of the People & Culture team in this regard. We appreciate your feedback.
