Pros
If you are starting your career, this is a great place to work. It opens many doors for you and allows you to build a vast network. You will get exposure to multiple companies and technologies as opposed to just one company (if you are not in the consulting realm).
Cons
One of the major downsides of working at BearingPoint is consistency. You are obviously going to get different people to work with from project to project. But also it depends on who your managers are for your performance review. If you have a bad manager then you will not get good compensation, but if you have a good manager then you will. I know of some who are promoted every cycle, while others it takes a year or two to get one promotion.
