BeSmartee is one of the most empowering places I have had the pleasure to work for. If you ask the leadership team to take a chance on an out-of-the-box idea, they actually try it out! Success is met with rewards and failures are generally met with understanding. Worst case scenario they might train you so you don't make the same mistake twice. Overall I would say the vision of the company, the team members, and the leadership team is the driving force of why this is a great company to work for.
