*Encourages anonymous feedback, employee recognition, supporting each other, team dynamic
*Encourages diversity in hiring
*Offers training, educational opportunities, mentoring when possible
*MSP environment offers a lot of opportunity to experience many different systems, technologies, business needs and processes – can be difficult to keep up at times
*Awesome office space on 22nd floor with balconies when you need a break and some fresh air. Office is blocks from the train tunnel and lots of places to eat
*Chess boards around the office encourage game play and staff interactions
*Healthy snacks, once a month birthday lunch, after hours team building get togethers (when Covid isn’t an issue)
*Commuter benefit, 401K, medical, dental – management uses same medical benefits as staff
*Actually cares about their clients and wants to do good by them, doesn’t try to sell them services or equipment they don’t need - you can feel good about working here
Cons
*Client base is growing faster than we can find sharp, reliable team players to handle all the work
*Sr level staff often have to pick up slack and are overworked
*Initial training isn’t as organized or thorough as it should be
*Not sure why people are complaining about the elevators – no one has gotten stuck in them in over a year
