Pros
Bayer was best for the community of colleagues from varying backgrounds and global regions. The company allowed me to grow exponentially over several years and roles. They valued everyone's input and encouraged employees to step out of their comfort zone to achieve the best results.
Cons
The shift in company culture and overall corporate structure in the past 2 years with Dynamic Shared Ownership was challenging for me personally, but was likely necessary for future corporate success. Even though my employment was affected by this direction, I can appreciate the intention and vision for their future growth.
