      Large employer bringing the benefits of opportunity for progression as well as formal structure

      Cons

      Layers of management. Didn't feel seen, never mind valued . Not many people from the company, especially long standing employees made an effort to speak to me or make me feel welcome or part of the team. The company is in a rough patch at the moment, let's hope they turn it around soon for the sake of all the good staff

      Pros

      Bayer sounds great - "health for all, hunger for none". and "dynamic shared ownership". There are some truly amazing people working at Bayer.

      Cons

      But it's "health for all, hunger for none" and "dynamic shared ownership" are bogus. So many people who embraced DSO were let go for voicing their opinions. The toxic leaders made the decisions, and the organization was not truly ready for Bill Anderson's call to action. It's profits first, not people. I believed - but it saddens me to write that I was wrong.
