      Pros

      Bayer is doing really well financially at the moment, and is probably doing the best in the Pharma industry today. Very safe.

      Cons

      But it feels like you've walked into company circa 1980. Heavily paper based, old legacy systems, old depressing offices, old style management (command and control).

      Great work life balance, 3 weeks of vacation per year + 5 days of personal holidays + 1 week for Christmas, 10% 401k match, $550 contributed towards HSA each year,

      Cons

      The stock and cash flow has been wildly unstable for a few years. Bonuses have had wild swings.
