The individuals I worked with made the job interesting and good to be a part of a team that was producing excellent standards in medicine making.
Cons
Some of the downsides with Bayer are the things that plague many corporations. The old boys net work is still alive and thriving. Men are promoted with little or no experience and women have to still take a back seat to their counterparts.
