      Great stepping stone, great team, a lot of educational learning of the markets. This place can provide amazing opportunities for your career! If you work hard and take the time to learn, you can achieve a lot at this place.

      Pay is low for what you do for the company, Jim ( part owner ) can be over bearing at times. No benefits.
