      Consider it a small step in your career, just don't stay here for long

      Pros

      1-A lot of opportunities to learn if your manager is good 2-- You will not get raises for your performance but you may get cash money from time to time from the owner as appreciation for your work 3- You may be able to buy electronic stuff like computers etc at a very low price or some times even free (depending on the item you requested to buy)

      Cons

      1-You have to ask for pay raise. If you don't say it you won't get it just on your performance 2- No clear development plan for your career. You are on your own
