Pros
One pro to this job is the fact you are getting a paycheck. The only other is the constant motivation to seek another job, which you will need because phones are not allowed in the building unless your in management.
Cons
I will only touch on ten of the cons I experienced working here: 1. The Owner treats people badly, and does not recognize talent 2. The Owner intentionally will make the job very physical, and joke about it in the process 3. There is NO air conditioning OR heat in the warehouse you will be working in 4. The Owner and his immediate family possess a overwhelming majority of management positions 5. You have to walk through metal detectors and be searched each day 6. The Owner puts emphasis on the fact he would like to see you moving at all time at a fast pace 9. Frequent profanity towards employees from managers 10. Frequent humiliation from managers Please keep in mind many of these points could be elaborated, but I want this post to fit community guidelines. Get out of here as soon as possible, as you want to limit the amount of profit this guy makes off treating you horribly. Maybe if enough people come and leave they will start to treat employees better or go out of business.
