Pros
The warehouse, tech, and RMA guys were cool and fun to hang out with. The veteran sales people are snakes and will steal your clients without skipping a beat.
Cons
You have to (constantly) make over $100k in sales in a month to make a 1% commission. And the first $100k goes to the house. You sell $110,000 in product, you get 1% of that $10,000.
