You're going to be no one if you're working as non revenue generating role, like you're a ghost here. Manager used me for their comfort such as they work from home while they tell their team members to work in office. Micromanaging is so peak at this place that you will be mentally stressed. I had to announce when I start work, go to restroom, get lunch, get off from work, literally every time I was away from keyboard. Conservative policy on trading floors such as wearing collared shirts, no phone usage, etc. On-boarding process is so mess that you will need to figure out everything and process of getting access to something will take forever because it has to go through so many different people. My manager gave me false information about HR policy so that I had to double check with HR.
