      Pros

      The people were well educated, devoted, driven and most of all helpful. They never looked down on anyone and always were willing to make time for you.

      Cons

      It was going through a transition period and was a bit of a mess internally. Although this is now fixed so it is no longer a con anymore.

      Work Life balance, 5 weeks vacation, unlimited sick days, friendly atmosphere, Great campus and facilities,

      Cons

      Pay and Bonus can be higher and on par with competitors. High loyalty tax. Low merit increases and bonus. Competitive but Loyal Long-term employees get demotivated and tend to quite quit.
