      Some of the best reasons to work at Barclays Bank Delaware are the people, the facilities, and the casual attire.

      Cons

      The credit card industry is struggling, which has, of course, impacted the business. Opportunities for advancement are limited when hiring is also limited.

      Pay and Bonus can be higher and on par with competitors. High loyalty tax. Low merit increases and bonus. Competitive but Loyal Long-term employees get demotivated and tend to quite quit.
