      The benefits that were explained were false. The location was nice but many issues from onboarding until I finally left

      Cons

      Horrible work/life balance. The hours did not make sense for the work. Management did not care about ensuring employees’ success. The culture was made you know your opinion didn’t matter.

      Work Life balance, 5 weeks vacation, unlimited sick days, friendly atmosphere, Great campus and facilities,

      Cons

      Pay and Bonus can be higher and on par with competitors. High loyalty tax. Low merit increases and bonus. Competitive but Loyal Long-term employees get demotivated and tend to quite quit.
