Pros
- Kind employees/colleagues - Somewhat varied work - Large organisation comes with many company pros although could not be fully experienced as it was virtual
Cons
- Manager was always very nice until the feedback report where they stated several of my incompetencies - if they said this throughout the internship I would have been able to improve - Hierarchial strucuture - Boring/tedious work given to me as an intern - Not much support being virtual and too much screen time put a strain on my eyesight
