      Good staff but very poor senior leadership - Private Banking Executive Barclays Employee Review

      Pros

      Most people have a positive attitude and want to do the right thing.

      Cons

      The management all pull in separate directions with the senior leadership team usually resigning within 9 months of starting the job. The bonuses for people vary hugely who are doing the same job performing as well as each other. No career opportunities for a long time due to re-org.

      Work Life balance, 5 weeks vacation, unlimited sick days, friendly atmosphere, Great campus and facilities,

      Cons

      Pay and Bonus can be higher and on par with competitors. High loyalty tax. Low merit increases and bonus. Competitive but Loyal Long-term employees get demotivated and tend to quite quit.
