Pros

I hardly can say something here. Look for pros at some other reviews.

Cons

1. They hire people with terrible English. Some managers worship naive and cheap students at outsourcing locations. You can easily find at those places incompetent and quarrelsome people who don't have any basics of work ethics, responsibility, and essentially don’t understand what they are doing. 2. If you are a professional software developer you better avoid this place, you have to be crazy to go work there. At some places people shoot emails late night and across weekends and try to meet fascist deadlines. 3. It doesn't matter how good you are or whether you are right. Once you shown a mirror to your manager you will be always shown in a bad light. Objective difficulties to meet a deadline are not considered. It is always only your low performance is the root of all evils. 4. If you work at outsourcing location you will be cut off from many things they do in London. You have to guess what they know or decided or already done. You better guess well otherwise you will be labeled incompetent and stupid. As soon as one knows something it is a weapon to present itself as a smart and competent. Don’t expect too much help from anyone. 5. Have a good salary? Watch your back then! They will fire you first as soon as you finished all they wanted you to do, unless you are a one’s favorite.

Pros

Can’t think of 1. Not even 1.

Cons

Pay is the lowest compared to similar company with the same role. Upper management speaks to staff with a patronizing tone; cutting them off, and talking down to them. At times it felt like they purposefully were attempting to find things wrong instead of working together as a team to meet objectives. Understaffed. Fully expected to do the work of a team of 6 despite being a team of 2 for example.
