      Pros

      Barely any ! Poor pay-scale and no learning opportunities. Apart from it being a reputable brand , the Indian culture is taken over by Accenture , Cognizant employees making it a hellish experience for new Grads

      Cons

      Still working in Age-old tech stacks , Internal gamification is just there to conduct stupid activities to distract employees from underwhelming work. Not at all a good place to learn anything and grow. Come here if you want to retire in peace.

      Cons

      Pay is the lowest compared to similar company with the same role. Upper management speaks to staff with a patronizing tone; cutting them off, and talking down to them. At times it felt like they purposefully were attempting to find things wrong instead of working together as a team to meet objectives. Understaffed. Fully expected to do the work of a team of 6 despite being a team of 2 for example.
