      Pros

      It is a great company. I was lucky when I join the team in the company that has a friendly and smart manager. I really appreciate working with the team. They are skilled. Therefore, there is an opportunity to gain valuable experiences.

      Cons

      It is corporate, therefore the act propagates quite long. There is a lot of training which doesn't make sense to complete, but you have to. In high management, there are some guys who should not be there any more.

      Cons

      Pay is the lowest compared to similar company with the same role. Upper management speaks to staff with a patronizing tone; cutting them off, and talking down to them. At times it felt like they purposefully were attempting to find things wrong instead of working together as a team to meet objectives. Understaffed. Fully expected to do the work of a team of 6 despite being a team of 2 for example.
