Awful place to work - Personal Banker Barclays Employee Review

Having to get to work an hour before you open and not being paid for it.. No flexibility for moving branches. Forced to sell products ie insurance and loans to target.. Always numbers numbers numbers..... Wages are awful for the responsibility you have. And was threatened on a daily basis to be sacked if products weren't sold. Days off changed last minute sometimes with less than 24hours notice and rotas only done 1week in advance. Less than 24hours notice of moving to another branch...
