      Pros

      Operation managers are very polite and understanding, human resource carry way too attitude.

      Cons

      hire and fire, no facility for morning meals for employees coming to office in morning 6:00am...canteen on floors are not working.... no value for time.... for new joiners...bad transport facility...old cabs.

      Work Life balance, 5 weeks vacation, unlimited sick days, friendly atmosphere, Great campus and facilities,

      Cons

      Pay and Bonus can be higher and on par with competitors. High loyalty tax. Low merit increases and bonus. Competitive but Loyal Long-term employees get demotivated and tend to quite quit.
