      Salary isn’t in proportion to what other banks pay You are only promoted if your face fits or if you are friends with someone higher up Culture of bullying by management, I have worked in several teams and see this every time Constant redundancies and no regard to people feeling on edge constantly

      Work Life balance, 5 weeks vacation, unlimited sick days, friendly atmosphere, Great campus and facilities,

      Cons

      Pay and Bonus can be higher and on par with competitors. High loyalty tax. Low merit increases and bonus. Competitive but Loyal Long-term employees get demotivated and tend to quite quit.
