Pros
- in practice, WFH/office is completely up to you - 60 sick days yearly - solid pay, above average for the local market - people are nice in general - work life balance
Cons
- very slow processes, too much bureaucracy, maybe even by corporate standards - sometimes outdated tech and depending on random legacy projects - new projects tend to be fine - yearly pay rises are low - number of people promoted is artificially limited, coupled with low yearly rises this leads to actual pay rise being hard to achieve - limited access to the internet, restricted local account, if a tool is not present in IT's offer you're out of luck
