      - Above average salary - Work from home (depending on the location and team probably) - respective colleagues - cool events organised by the company

      - they are companies who are paying better nevertheless - classical large corporation in which there is a lot of the administration work and where processes are slow.

      Work Life balance, 5 weeks vacation, unlimited sick days, friendly atmosphere, Great campus and facilities,

      Pay and Bonus can be higher and on par with competitors. High loyalty tax. Low merit increases and bonus. Competitive but Loyal Long-term employees get demotivated and tend to quite quit.
