Corporate hell - everything is a problem. Development is top down directed. Management sometime asks you for an opinion if you you are a team leader or above. They give you road map what and when will be done without even asking for technical opinion. Anti-agile, but there are no good things from waterfall either. Every year you need to think about non-sense objectives and pretend you have completed them. Management thinks, that putting some goals in a system will make you grow. Values ale laughable, there is a standup comedian mocking them on Youtube. System is built to make it almost impossible to be promoted. There are exceptions, but few.
