Was able to get into the job after only a few days which was faster than expected.
Cons
The communication between the agents and you is downright abysmal, I would be told one thing then have it contradicted the next time I spoke to someone. The timeliness of communication was also an issue, many times they would not get back to you for days over things that needed answers within the workday they were asked. Also agents were rude and confrontational to an unprofessional extent.
