We appreciate the feedback that you provided and are serious in our commitment to constant improvement to make Banner one of the best companies to work for in the staffing industry. We have made great efforts to follow through on suggestions from our employees as we are able to do so. This year has brought changes to several of the areas you highlighted as concerns. We have been successful in finding more affordable coverage that allowed us to lower the deductible of our HSA and to provide a much smaller deductible PPO to our team members. Working with a new vendor, we instated formal training programs for all of our recruiting and sales staff. We recently signed a multi-year contract with one of the strongest marketing firms in the staffing industry to step up our print and social media marketing. Like many businesses, there are always improvements that are necessary, and we are excited that we have been able to add these new tools to support our staff.
